Nestled in the heart of Massachusetts, Ramen Haven began as a dream shared by Chef Michael Chen and his grandmother, who taught him the art of crafting authentic ramen broths in their family kitchen. Opening its doors in 2015, this cozy establishment brings together traditional Japanese ramen-making techniques with locally sourced New England ingredients.


What started as a small 20-seat restaurant has blossomed into a beloved community gathering spot, where the steam from perfectly simmered broths fogs up the windows on cold Massachusetts evenings. Each bowl of ramen tells a story of dedication, with broths that simmer for up to 18 hours and noodles made fresh daily in our open kitchen, allowing guests to experience the artistry that goes into every bowl.
